Can we customise the route according to our group's interests?
Of course, all our experiences are customisable. We suggest the two main routes to see the city's most iconic sights, but we can create an itinerary tailored to your interests, including a gastronomic or other stop.
Is it possible to start the tour from our hotel or meeting point?
Yes, the route can start from the hotel as long as it is within the tour area. These tours are on foot, although if your accommodation is located outside the zone, we can arrange a round-trip private transport service.
What happens if it rains on the day of the tour?
TOUR & FRIENDS will not cancel any activity due to weather conditions, unless they pose a risk to the safety of participants or staff. In such cases, the possibility of rescheduling the activity will be considered without any obligation to do so.
Can you organise the accommodation along with the activities and transfers?
We are specialists in managing end-to-end events for private groups in Madrid, including accommodation, activities, transfers, venue bookings and special requirements.
