Can you organise events for small and large groups?
Yes, throughout our history we have organised events for groups of various sizes and with different objectives. From team-building activities for 15 participants to comprehensive events for groups of over 500 people.
Can you manage just a part of the event or does it have to be the full organisation?
Sure, we work in different ways. We can manage the complete trip, which includes activities, accommodation, transfers, meals and other requirements, or simply take care of a specific service.
How far in advance should we start organising our event?
It depends on the group size and the final objective. To give you a reference, the ideal planning time to organise a full event for a group of 100 people, including accommodation, activities, transfers and special requirements, would be a minimum of 6 months. The sooner we start planning it, the better.
Can you organise multi-day events?
Of course. Most of the groups we host in Madrid hire us to manage multi-day events.
