We chose this name to introduce ourselves as a company dedicated to organising activities for various types of private groups, but this name represents much more than a brand.
Behind this brand is a team of people who believe that giving the best of each of us is what gives meaning to our work.
Just like you, we are also sometimes tourists and we understand the value of when local hosts welcome us with a smile and treat us as if we were lifelong friends. Because such a simple gesture costs nothing, but changes everything.

Our story began in February 2022 with a single guide who decided to launch his own brand to offer free tours in the city of Madrid. His previous experience as a certified team coach, organising workshops and team-building events, along with his passion for history, were the key to starting out with a great deal of enthusiasm and determination.
Right at the start of 2023, the second team member arrived, completely transforming the company and giving a huge boost to our English-language tours for the international public. As a result of this leap forward, TOUR & FRIENDS received two awards granted by the platform www.freetour.com
2025 was a year of great learning in the organisation of private group events, working with various types of groups such as corporate and educational. Our portfolio of services also grew and we began to integrate other types of activities such as hiking trails or cooking workshops, among others.
That same year TOUR & FRIENDS received its first request to organise a corporate event for a group of 100 people. Including accommodation, transfers, meals and activities for the whole group. Although it was quite a challenge, the event was a total success, and that is where our journey to the present day began.
In mid-2023, the third member joins the company and the diversification of the business towards various types of private activities, mainly for corporate groups—such as team-building activities—becomes increasingly noticeable. By 2024 the team had more than doubled in size and we were already competing with the strongest tour companies in Madrid. During those first two years, we built relationships with other providers within the industry and expanded our collaboration network.
Although the company has transformed from a guide with a free tour into a fully fledged team dedicated to organising and coordinating events for private groups in Madrid, we have never forgotten where we come from, and that is why in 2026, the platform freetour.com he granted us another award again.
